The Bus Convergence 2010: Sprouting Our Alumni Network

Come spend the weekend of August 12-16, 2010 with us at Tryon Life Community Farm, a long-standing resource site from previous bus semesters! We will camp, sing, tell stories, and share resources as we re-commit ourselves to the work of transforming our culture's relationship to our planet Earth.

**The cost is minimal (sliding scale fee of $15-25/day or $60-100/weekend, which includes food and lodging (camping only). The food is all local, organic and vegetarian. Dietary needs can also be provided for. All expenses go directly to Tryon Life Community Farm. Additional donations to the farm are greatly appreciated. We also extend this invitation to families with children. We will provide childcare, if given advance notice.

Tryon Life Community Farm is nestled into Tryon Creek State Park, a 650-acre ecosystem of towering firs, cedars and diverse Northwest forest. Just a few hundred feet from the steelhead-bearing creek lie seven acres of rolling meadow, gardens, homes, naturally-built structures, and wooded cliffs: a unique sustainability educational facility and community gathering place.
